A graduate of Bialystok University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, with a specialisation in Building Physics. He has been actively involved in the insulation systems industry for over 20 years and has been associated with Henkel Polska since 2009. Currently, as Head of Application Engineering, he manages the company’s technical teams across Europe, operating at the intersection of engineering, market, and customer needs, with a focus on solution quality, effective knowledge transfer, and delivering real business value. He is the author of numerous technical studies and product implementations in the field of construction chemicals.
