Michał Komar, M.Sc. Eng.

Michał Komar has been employed at the Department of Environmental Biotechnology at Lodz University of Technology since 2022—initially in a research position and subsequently as an assistant within the research and teaching staff group. He is a PhD candidate at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School of Lodz University of Technology in the discipline of Chemical Engineering.
Since 2025, he has served as a Country Representative in the International Biodeterioration and Biodegradation Society (IBBS). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences. In 2022, he was awarded by the Rector of Lodz University of Technology for being the best publishing doctoral student.
