Graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture at the Lodz University of Technology. In his professional work, he specializes in energy efficiency aspects of buildings, energy optimization, and product solutions for thermal, acoustic, and fire insulation applications using rock wool in buildings. He has been associated with the ROCKWOOL brand for more than 25 years and, for the past six years, has served as the Head of the Product Management Department at Rockwool CEE, overseeing the Rockwool product portfolio in Central European countries.
