Karol Bednarczyk, Ms.C.
Graduated from the Faculty of Construction and Management and Production Engineering of Kielce University of Technology and the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. He has worked with thermal insulation systems for thirteen years as head of an international technical division in Henkel. Member of the Technical Committee of EAE and SSO.
Przemysław Świercz, Ph.D.
Przemysław Świercz, is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the Kielce University of Technology, wherein, in 2013, he received his Ph.D. in technical sciences. From 2003 to 2018, he was a manager of the building materials research laboratory at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Kielce University of Technology. From 2018, he worked at Atlas sp. z o.o. Leader of the Atlas product development team since 2021. Currently, he is working for Henkel Polska sp. z o.o. as Head of the Applications Department.
Paweł Pogorzelec, Ms.C.
Graduated in materials engineering at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Rzeszów University of Technology. He has been working in the insulation industry for over 20 years. He specialises in the design and implementation of modern construction chemistry products, especially functional coating materials. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Association for ETICS and participates in the work of the Technical Committee of the Association for ETICS. He represents the association on the Certification Committee of the Building Research Institute. He has been working for Greinplast sp. z o.o. for 24 years.
Marcin Kulesza, Ph.D.
He holds the position of R&D Director and manages the R&D Division of Atlas Sp. z o.o.; responsible for the coordination and supervision of the R&D Policy of the entire ATLAS Group. He is also member of the Technical Committee of the Polish Committee for Standardisation No. 194 for Gypsum and Gypsum Products (since 2006) and member of the Technical Committee of the Association for ETICS (since 2012).
Bartosz Michałowski, Ph.D.
Bartosz Michałowski graduated from the Technical University of Lodz in 2010, in chemistry.
He received his Ph. D from the same university in 2017. Since 2015 he is working for the Atlas R&D department within the field of strategic research projects funded both internally and externally, development of analytical methods, and design of modern building materials.
